80% of all New Years Resolutions fail. Many of us have a bad habit of over-doing in this culture - over-eating, over-consuming, over-promising, over-extending, over-everything. Join me as I walk you through the beginning of 2024 where we do something different this time. If the same thing leads to experiencing more of the same then doing something different should lead to experiencing something different. Together, we'll begin the year by lengthening our attention spans and building our vitality in a sustainable way so we can have more energy to enjoy our lives. Vitality and awareness with a sense of freedom and wholeness are our birthrights. Everybody wants these deep down but they're either too afraid to say so, don't have enough energy to believe it's possible for them or aren't sure how to get there. I'd love to be your adventure guide! Step by step, day by day, in a very practical but creative way, I will prompt you with an experience that you will apply and practice in your daily life. Just show up, add it in and be open to something new. It's safe. I'll be with you. Your role: Show up with a curiosity and a willingness to try something new. There's a whisper in you that wants to be acknowledged, that wants to be inspired, that wants a new experience and there's a part of you that desires change, but doesn't know how or why it's so hard. I'd love to walk with you, hand in hand, every day through the month of January to guide you home to a greater vitality and more attentive life where you feel better, more whole and more alive. You can do this! I love breathing life into life and would love to show you how to do the same for your self. Give yourself the gift of your attention.
