 I offer high quality bodywork customized to your individual needs.  Offerings include traditional hands on massage along with moving and still cupping therapy, neuromuscular & activation release techniques, breathwork, aromatherapy, hot towels, traction, organic hand-crafted body butter all combined with impeccable coherence and presence.

My coaching style is like a massage for the heart and brain.

Living a life well lived is a living art.  When we want to feel healthy, we want to feel whole. 

I will mirror, inspire, witness, support and love you on your journey home to health and wholeness.

The question is, "Who am I Being?" and it is this question that opens the mind and the heart.

The nervous system is in charge of 90% of the other systems in your body and the heart is in charge of the nervous system.  Understanding how emotions (energy in motion) affect our heart rhythms and how our heart rhythms and how those rhythms affect the rest of the body is foundational in our work together.

At the simplest level, disease is really just a dysregulation of the cells.  When we learn how to regulate our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves, bringing our body back into homeostasis, the cells respond and come back into regulation. 

 

Through science, spirit, humor and understanding, we learn how to return to homeostasis, to balance, to coherence.

Change your energy and your sleep, your pain, your immunity, your digestion, your relationships, your hormones, your love for your self, others and your life work with you, for you, through you, instead of against you.

This work is about inside out change.
